In addition to my SRES® designation and skills to effectively market and sell your home, I have managed a home care agency serving seniors and worked alongside clients as they’ve transitioned from one home to another. I understand the stress of the move and what can appear to be daunting tasks in preparing to make that change.
I serve on the board of the Minneapolis Area Senior Workers Association (MASWA) and work closely with the organizations who can take much of the burden of preparing and moving off your hands. There are people who can assist with decluttering, organizing, packing, painting and more as well as the move itself. I am also familiar with condos, townhomes and both rental and cooperative senior living options across the Twin Cities.
